You must provide accurate name, email, and phone details, keep your password confidential, and notify us of unauthorized account use. One person must not create accounts using another person's identity. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, or infringement.
3. Fees, payment, and taxes
Course prices are shown at checkout and may include applicable discounts. Payment is processed by the selected gateway, such as Paytm. We do not store complete card, UPI, or banking credentials. An order is confirmed only after gateway verification. Any applicable taxes, gateway charges, or bank charges will be shown or borne as required by law.
4. Intellectual property and permitted use
Website text, course videos, notes, templates, recordings, branding, graphics, and other materials belong to The Market Gurukul or its licensors. Your payment grants a limited, personal, non-transferable license for learning. You may not copy, resell, publish, record, share, or commercially exploit materials without written permission.
5. Content supplied by users
You are responsible for content, images, documents, and information you submit. You confirm that you have permission to use it and that it does not infringe copyright, privacy, trademark, or other rights. You agree to compensate us for claims caused by unlawful material you provide.
6. Availability, support, and changes
We aim to keep the website and classes available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access because of maintenance, hosting, network, gateway, or events beyond our control. Support is provided through the contact channels published on the website. We may update course content, schedules, features, or these terms; material changes will be published on this page.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Market Gurukul is not liable for trading or investment losses, indirect losses, loss of data, gateway downtime, or reliance on educational content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
